Plants are shipped direct from our greenhouses in Florida, at the proper time for planting outside in your zone. We start shipping our plants the first week of March. If you want your plants before your last average frost date (bc you're a risk-taker or a greenhouse-haver) just let us know and we're happy to accommodate!
Tulips, Daffodils, Muscari, Allium and Snowflakes will begin to ship in mid-October. We receive our top-quality plants from all over the world; they are worth the wait!
Shipping ranges from $5-$15 depending on your product mix and will often ship in a few packages.
Unpack them right away and give them a big drink of water. Shipping can make plants weary, and they might take a day or two to perk up. Specific instructions for each plant are on it's product page.
Generous. If your plant is damaged in transit, or anything about your order is not right, reach out to us as soon as possible and we will make it right. Note that it might take your plant a day or two to rebound after shipping.
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We cannot ship live plants to PO boxes.

Fall bulbs, roots, and corms are shipped beginning in September. We ship live plants in the spring, at the correct time for planting outside in your particular zone. Seeds and tools ship within 3 days. That means that your order might be divided into two or three shipments.
We process credit card payments at checkout, although depending on your planting zone, your order might not ship until later in the season.
No, because of limited supply of our in-demand plants we can only reserve your order with payment in full.
