Asters produce armloads of large flashy blooms from mid-Summer - frost. They make great cut flowers for bouquets with a long vase life and strong stems.

Includes three types of Aster seed tubes, individually packed in a little cotton bag, perfect for gifting or keeping your planting bench organized: Matsumoto White Tipped Blue, Tower Chamois Apricot, and Valkyrie Pink.

Growing Info

How to Plant	Stick in the dirt 1/4" deep, 2" apart. Water gently & regularly as seedlings emerge over the next 2 weeks. Once babies are 2” tall, pluck so there's just one per 9"
Where to Plant	Find a place that gets mostly sun, if you have hot summers, plant where it will get afternoon shade
When to Plant	Late spring once the soil has warmed, or start inside 6 weeks earlier
When to Expect Blooms	Late summer into the fall
Care Instructions	Water regularly once established, and pick the flowers regularly to encourage more blooms
Extra Credit	Asters are sensitive to frost, so wait until late spring to plant!
